Self-care is so important; especially now!
The chart below separates self care into 4 categories: mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional.
What are you doing for self-care? Email Christine 2-3 things from each category. You can use the examples below or use your own ideas. (See the end for my examples)
*** Grammar
- If this is something you do as a habit, use simple present tense. Also, add a phrase to describe how often. ("I call my friend every morning.")
- If this is something you haven't done yet, but plan on doing, use a future time phrase. Also, explain how often you will do it. ("I plan on calling my friend every Wednesday.").

Here is an example of mine:
Mental
I am going to read a book each day for 30 minutes.
I re-organize one area of my house every Saturday.
Physical
I take a walk every afternoon.
I plan on exercising each day by watching a Youtube workout video.
Spiritual
I am going to meditate for 5 minutes every day after work.
I sit outside each morning and listen to the birds sing.
Emotional
I spend time with my pet every morning while I drink coffee.
I plan to Zoom with my friends every Saturday night.
